After a terrible experience with Carvana. I found the same vehicle at Paulding Jeep brand new for the same price! The first time I came to the dealership on 02/25/2020 was to have 2 fob's programmed to the truck and have my Uconnect updated. I was told then that the two fob's that I got from the Cartersville dealership to have 2 fob's programmed to the truck and have my Uconnect updated. I was told then that the two fob's that I got from the Cartersville dealership Robert Loehr would be fine but the 1 that I bought from Amazon might not take the programming and I will still have to pay for it. I only had the 2 from Dodge programmed. I came in this past Saturday 02/29/2020 to have an alignment done, find out why the map/reading lights are flickering and to have my Uconnect updated as mandated by Chrysler. The first time I was told that there wasn't an update for the Uconnect. I spoke to Uconnect customer service from the truck on 02/25/2020 and was told that there was a mandatory update for the Uconnect. I showed my service advisor Tara Shirley the version that was in the truck and the version that it is to be updated to. I got the truck back and got home and checked the version of the Uconnect and it was the same version that it was when I drove in the dealership. I called and spoke to my service advisor Tara Shirley and told her that it wasn't updated and, was told that it must not have taken. She told me to hold on and went to speak to the person that was supposed to have updated the system and, came back and said that they were not there and will get back to me. She never did and now I get this survey. First I'm not stupid, if it didn't work you will get a message that the update failed right then and there. Even in the instructions it says that if you receive an error message and to do it again. I work with, build and update computers all the time. It wasn't done period! Then I was lied to not once but, twice and then ghostedby my service advisor. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about your business practices and lies and deceptions to your customers. I was supposed to come back to the dealership to have the overhead console replaced and I will not come back to your dealership because I can't trust that you will actually do the work but charge me for it and when the issue of the flickering lights happens again lie to me again about the reason it happened again. More

SHORT TERM EXECUTION AND LONG TERM SERVICE PLANNING SHORT TERM EXECUTION: I was last in the dealership on 12-27-19 for a Factory Requested Repair. My GPS Radio update.....(1) This was a QUICK TURN-AROUN SHORT TERM EXECUTION: I was last in the dealership on 12-27-19 for a Factory Requested Repair. My GPS Radio update.....(1) This was a QUICK TURN-AROUND with complete professional care. (2) As to LONG TERM SERVICE PLANNING, each suggested item was based on my Jeep Cherokee's mileage at 89,216 miles, Donna Bell and her team included the following items for my attention over the next 90 days: (1) Brake Flush....(2)Induction Service.... (3)Air Filter....(4) New Tires. (5) I was also informed that the manufacturer suggests a vehicle software update on my GPS to insure proper functioning of the navigation system. My intent is to return to the dealer before May 1 to secure these short-term and long-term servicing needs. I have no doubt that Donna and her team will meet my needs in a very professional manner. My gratitude to this dealership and the opportunity to be a referral source. More
