Great up to giving them a downpayment The dealership was great, quickly responded to emails and text messages and answered the phone immediately. Until they took my downpayment and then it was horrible. The salesperson wouldn't answer phone calls or return texts until hours later. The truck was supposed to be delivered on Monday. She wouldn't get me an arrival time. I called and left a message and then texted her. She finally responded saying the drivers decided to not show up that day. She waited until 530 pm to tell me that after I had been asking her times for several hours. I asked if she would have the tires reversed so the white writing was on the inside. She said she could do it for another $200. I guess the $56,000 I just spent at the dealership wasn't enough for her. I guess her keeping my truck an extra day wasn't enough for her to go out of her way to do anything for me. The next day when the truck finally arrived the driver jumped out and asked which vehicle he was taking back. I told him there wasn't a trade in. He looked like he was in shock. We sat in my driveway for almost an hour while the dealership tried to figure out how he was going to get home, a four hour drive away. I felt bad for him. He was a very nice guy. I ended up driving him to a hotel so he could stay the night until someone could come get him. The salesperson even left him on hold while she was doing who knows what. I will never shop at this dealership again, and that is just because of her. The finance guy was nice, the driver was great but I was disappointed with the salesperson. More

We bought a Jeep Wrangler April 24th. By the time we got it to our house one mile away the car locked up and would not move. Then we started noticing wind coming through the driver's window. Then the headliner fell off. We have had the car 20 days and it's been in the shop 15 Days. Management is more concerned about the next sale instead of the last sale. Customer service sucks. they let our car sit out in the rain last night and it got wet inside. They have had the car for 8 days now waiting on a part for the wind but have not taking the time to look at the transmission problems. We were excited about our new Jeep and now all we want is our money back and go to another dealership. This is the worst place I have ever been to buy a car and I will put it on BBB, carrater,fb. Everywhere everyday until they make this right. The manager and the assistant manager refuse to give us calls and give us updates. They are totally useless as management people.
