I found truck on Autotrader and drove to Dallas to see it from South Carolina. Ryan described the vehicle perfectly and even took a video of it before I made the trip. Nichole was very bad at communicating before and after the deal, very unprofessional. Miriam on multiple occasions blew me off knowing I was waiting for a phone call. Eric was great and fair . I tried first sales rep that was pushed on me by receptionist after ask where sales reps where i wanted to pick my own . I asked her twice .
