I chose 1 because less wasn't an option. We bought a van and found there to be several problems. They sent someone(3 hrs) to get it and repair it. Great, right? Kept it for a few days and return it...not fi and found there to be several problems. They sent someone(3 hrs) to get it and repair it. Great, right? Kept it for a few days and return it...not fixed. They claim they couldn't replicate the problem. We showed them video, AND their employee who drove it verified the issue. Also, we gave the paperwork from the Kia dealership where we paid to have it inspected. But they couldn't verify it themselves, so that was it. It was a process that lasted for weeks. We would call SEVERAL times and wouldn't get a call back. While selling, they literally offer you a starbucks and a back rub. After you purchase, they do not stand by the product. The motor in the power doors needs to be replaced. Not exactly something that would be hard to replicate. Would never buy from them again. Will be reporting to BBB. More
