Alex, our salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and stayed connected the entire build and delivery. He adapted to my communication preferences and was very responsive. The day the car was deliver and stayed connected the entire build and delivery. He adapted to my communication preferences and was very responsive. The day the car was delivered, he sent me a video in the rain to let me know it had arrived. That was an over-the-top moment. We paid cash for the vehicle so our engagement with the finance manager was about 30 min. This was the least positive experience. Three areas of opportunity include 1). Office is a mess. Customer files and piles of paper were everywhere. It made me uncomfortable thinking about my information in a pile in that office. Privacy standards need improvement. 2). The finance manager was not respectful of our time. 30 min on a 10 min process. We paid cash. He immediately jumped into telling us about himself , his land, his stock cars and his problems with his neighbor. He demonstrated no interest in us as clients or even congratulate us on the purchase. He did remind us twice to give him a 10 on the survey. 3). The finance manager used inappropriate language. Telling us a story about his neighbor he said the neighbor called his daughter a xxxxx and the daughter pepper sprayed the neighbor. He also said his neighbors spouse nearly pissed himself laughing. I was clearly uncomfortable. There was no self-awareness. Finally, I was surprised to have not met a manager in my multiple visits to this dealership. I’ve purchased 7 new cars in the last 20 years including Lexus, Infinity, Cadillac, GMC, Volvo… first time the manager never introduced him/her-self and shook my hand. If you are going to sell a luxury Jeep you need to provide the experience that goes along with the sticker price. Alex was fantastic and a real joy to work with. He continues to check in post purchase. I love the Jeep Grand Cherokee and am excited to drive it. Thank you for asking for my feedback. More
