I have had a great experience both times I have had my truck serviced at your location so no complaints. I did have an issue with that you guys knew about the known issue of my key fob as it has supposedl truck serviced at your location so no complaints. I did have an issue with that you guys knew about the known issue of my key fob as it has supposedly happened with numerous other keys and that it has not been listed as a recall and having to pay $300 out of pocket for a known problem. My service advisor was very professional and nice to deal with. The service manager I feel runs a very very poor shop. I came in for an alignment there’s a set price for the alignment my alignment end up cos with. The service manager I feel runs a very very poor shop. I came in for an alignment there’s a set price for the alignment my alignment end up costing an extra hundred plus dollars I was not advised that the charge would be that much more and when I submitted a coupon that was sent to me by your dealership of 10% off service he would not honor it and would not even come talk to me as to why.This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the way the service manager is disconnected from his customers back when jeep was having issues with the steering dampener he would not replace the steering dampener on my jeep because it was a holiday weekend and they needed them for the new vehicles again he did not come talk to me about it. I was going to blast him on social media but it is honestly Not worth my time. I will take any and all of my business somewhere else More

I think these people are a bunch of lying, dishonest, unethical scoundrels. Unless this is the only place that has the vehicle you desire, shop elsewhere. I think my salesman was probably ok, but the com unethical scoundrels. Unless this is the only place that has the vehicle you desire, shop elsewhere. I think my salesman was probably ok, but the company methods made the process extremely confrontational and unpleasant. Fortunately, by the time we got to the finance department, they had figured out how to conduct business in a straightforward manner and didn't try to pull any more B.S. on us. Then they had some minor repairs to do on our car, which took a week, 1/3 of the repairs were not done well. We are hiring someone to take the dealership identifier off of our cR as we would never want to promote anyone doing business here. More

Very unhappy my wife waited 4 hours for oil change and wheel alignment. Even after she scheduled appointment. The service dept did not offer a replacement vehicle and sold the work it was implied that the wheel alignment. Even after she scheduled appointment. When they finally finished nothing was said other than sorry and we will not be returning for service work to this dealership. More
