One of the worst experiences I have ever had ad a dealership. Car was not fixed correctly the first time. Had to return it to be fixed and then it took 3 days. This was one of the worst service experiences I have had in a long time. Brought my van in for a check engine light. They wound up having to replace my fuel injector. Wess my service tech did not call me in a long time. Brought my van in for a check engine light. They wound up having to replace my fuel injector. Wess my service tech did not call me to keep me updated, I had to call him numerous times. Finally Tara answered the phone in service and helped me. Thank god for Tara, she rocks!! So I find out that they are going to have to order the parts, my warranty covers a rental car. I told Wess I wanted a rental. He said he would hook that up and call me. Several hours went by with me not hearing from him, I called back and he told me he was having trouble locating me a loaner. I said my warranty covers a rental, he told me that rentals were too much of a hassle. Finally get a loaner. When I picked my van up, there was a strong odor of fuel. I took the van back and there was a leak in my O rings. That was fixed without a loaner. My wife went to pick up my vehicle and noticed damage to the passenger side front door. She showed it to Wess. He told her to bring it back in on Monday and he'd have a loaner waiting for us. Monday morning came, Wess was not there so I went to Tara, your best Service Tech in my opinion, and she said Wess was not in yet. She took care of getting me a loaner and setting up the repair with the body shop. If it wasn't for Tara, I don't know what I would have done. She was able to make a bad situation tolerable, I will try to schedule everything through her in the future. She is the only reason you received 3 stars instead of 1. More
From 4 starts to no stars! UPDATING MY ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM A 4 STAR TO A NO STAR! I posted my 4 star review the day we picked up our truck, less than 24 hours and 60 miles the UPDATING MY ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM A 4 STAR TO A NO STAR! I posted my 4 star review the day we picked up our truck, less than 24 hours and 60 miles the entire experience changed. I am going to leave my original post the follow it up with what happened next. ORIGINAL POST: We brought our sons 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 in to have a recall and an extended warranty repair performed. There where a few issues that occurred, with the service process, during the repair which made us pretty unhappy. . The general manager (Danny) stepped to the plate, made sure to keep us updated, and delivered when he had promised. Not only did he do what he promised, he went above and beyond to do what it took to make this customer happy. Thank you Danny for taking care of my son and his truck! You guys are the best. THE FOLLOWING DAY: The next day, while my son was driving to work, the engine started knocking. He Pulled over, opened the hood and there was oil all over the place. We called the dealer, they immediately sent a tow truck and had it towed back to the shop. Long story short, they now say he needs an engine. Backing up a few weeks. We brought the truck in for a check engine light, There was a fault for the MAF sensor. No big deal, it is an emissions related issue, easy fix. The truck also had 2 open recalls so, they performed the recalls while the truck was there. One of the recalls was a software update. The other was a recall for the EGR cooler. This is where I believe the engine issue comes into play. When replacing the EGR cooler, you have to drain and refill the coolant (by the way, they tried to sell me a coolant service when it would be replaced while doing this recall). Now there is coolant in the oil and my engine is knocking. I believe this happened because the technician was rushed and missed an important step in the coolant replacement process. Here is why I believe the tech was in a hurry to finish the vehicle causing the problem. We brought our vehicle in on a Saturday for the repairs. Monday, the vehicle was diagnosed and we were told it would be ready by Wednesday. On Friday, we had heard NOTHING from the dealer so, after calling several times we finally got a hold of the service advisor who apologized, gave us several lies about why it wasn't ready and said it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. By Wednesday, still had not heard anything so, we again tried to get ahold of someone, anyone who could help us. Finally got a hold of a service advisor who said it would not be ready until Friday. That is when we got ahold of Danny ( the GM) , explained things, he in return said he would look into it and call back. He was good to his word, called back, apologized and said it would be ready by the end of the day. That was at 12:00. We received a call at 4:00 saying the truck was ready. The problem is, It would have been VERY difficult to complete the repairs need done and done without skipping steps in just 4:00 hours. Without even diagnosing the truck they told us they are not at fault, everything was done right and we need an engine. Needles to say, they are not touching any of our vehicles. We towed it out of there! Please, before bring your vehicle to this dealer, read ALL the reviews. More importantly, read the dealers responses to the bad reviews. Every one of them have the same generic response, "We are sorry you had a bad experience. Please reach out to us so we can talk about it" . This just goes to show you, they do not care to reach out to their customers. It is their responsibility to reach out to a upset customer. Why would a customer want to reach out when you cant get anyone to answer your calls before there is an issue. Before choosing this dealer, please go to the Better Business Bureau and look at the complaints about this company and the response from this dealer to the complaints. In most cases I found there responses to be rude, blamed the customer and was just ugly. More
