Terrible business practices at this service department. I've contacted Paulding County Chrysler a few times about making a deal. They always seem willing to do whatever it takes to get the deal done. From the sales team up to management, they all are willing to g making a deal. They always seem willing to do whatever it takes to get the deal done. From the sales team up to management, they all are willing to go the extra mile. After a few times coming close to a deal, I finally decided to purchase a used Dodge Durango they were offering. Nichole worked with me to get the payoff on the vehicle I was trading in, which was something none of the other local dealers were willing to do. I'm very happy with my purchase and hope to do more deals with Paulding County Chrysler in the future. More
