Horrible service!! Our 2018 Jeep Renegade burned all the oil completely out only had 19k miles when we purchased the Jeep at the end of May! Had not even made the 1st payment on this vehicle yet had to be oil completely out only had 19k miles when we purchased the Jeep at the end of May! Had not even made the 1st payment on this vehicle yet had to be towed in and Wes Overton helped us at the beginning and told us after the second oil consumption test still burning oil that we did need a new motor and was covered by factory warranty. Wes is now no longer there and Randy Morse new to the department said we were misinformed by Wes and it’s normal for this to happen!! Now he is refusing to repair the motor under the factory warranty! I would not give this dealership service department any stars! What a disappointment! Tried to buy our 18 year old daughter a good dependable vehicle after her heart transplant last year and she ends up stranded on the side of the road not once but twice and no one really cares about even trying to help us with her first vehicle purchase we co-signed with her on since Wes Overton has been replaced! Very disappointed with Randy! More
