Easy to work with I had a GREAT experience with Paulding for the new car buying process. They communicated clearly, explained everything, negotiated fair and honestly. I started with remote pricing inquires and they were willing to give me a great out the door price over text, but without asking, followed it up with a easy to understand quote sheet so I could see how it came to the total. It was SO much different then buying a car used to be 10 years ago. The sales person wasn't trying to trick me or talk down to me (I still despise the person that sold me my first car years ago :-) ). They just offered me the vehicle I called about at a great price and allowed me to make my own decision. The trade-in price offered was beyond fair too after calling many dealerships. Some dealers are still stuck in the pre-internet high pressure tactic world. Paulding seems to have embraced the "new" car buying process and found other ways to differentiate themselves with great communications and friendliness. Other dealerships went as far as to still trying the "I'll only give you a price if you come in" line. I don't know how they still survive! I'm glad I called Paulding because they just made it easy on us. More
