I have been waiting since 7/22/2020 to receive my 2nd key fob and get the front right door lock replaced. My car has been serviced 3x and still nothing. The first time I took the vehicle, Stefan assisted wit fob and get the front right door lock replaced. My car has been serviced 3x and still nothing. The first time I took the vehicle, Stefan assisted with ordering the 2nd key fob and had the door inspected. After keeping my vehicle for the enitre day, they determined a new latch had to be ordered for the door and that I would receive a call once both the key fob and door latch arrive. Not to mention I had to call at 5pm to inquire the status of my vehicle. Fast forward to 8/14/2020, being that I had not heard anything I called for a follow-up. I spoke with James and was informed Stefan no longer worked there, but that the 2nd key fob and latch had arrived. I made an appointment for 8/15/2020 at 9:30am. Again my vehicle was kept the entire day and once more, I had to call a little before 3pm to ask for status considering they close at 3pm on Saturdays. When picking up the car, Donna advised my 2nd key fob was not there and that an order was placed (even though the previous day James said it was there). I signed the receipt and when I got back to my car I noticed that my right door was still not fixed. Donna assured me the serviceman said it was working and that the latch didn't need to be replaced because it was simply something that was mistakenly disconnected. The agreement was to bring the car back on 8/19/2020 at 7:30am. I was the 3rd vehicle in line waiting for the service center to open. Donna assured me the latch replacement takes "only an hour" and that it would be "125%" be taken care of this time around. It was 4:30pm and AGAIN, no courtesy call about the status of my vehicle. I left a message because Donna wasn't available and half an hour later I finally received a call back. She said "they are still working on your car and I apologize but, they can't figure out what is wrong, they think it may be the body control module. I am truly sorry, but we may need to keep your car overnight." I demanded to speak to a manger because I find it extremely hard to believe that my vehicle has been serviced 3x and no one can give me a concrete answer. I have wasted 3 entire days without transportation. What's worse is that I am always the one that has to call to inquire about the vehicle. The least that can be done are courtesy calls to keep people informed and possibly help customers to be a little more understanding. Finally a little after 5:30pm I received a call from the manager stating WE have to be considerate that they're busy. When I asked for a rental/loaner, they said it was too late to be able to get us one that day. Once again, if there were courtesy calls earlier in the day, we would know of our options much sooner and would have been able to get the rental we needed. It is now Tuesday, August 18th at 3:30pm and I am still waiting to receive an update on my car since yesterday. The service at this dealer has been the absolute worse! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially not the service department. I am the customer and I should not have to keep touching base with the dealer to find out about my car. More
Sometimes you are not greeted by a service advisor when you first arrive. You kind to have to wander aimlessly and eventually someone will ask if you need help. Overall, staff is friendly and my service is done in a reasonable matter. I used to receive a car wash complementary with service. It seemed to depend on who was my service advisor that day. This was a nice touch which showed gratitude toward the customer and it should be a standard practice. More

Service department was very dysfunctional . It took over a week just to get diagnosed. While my car was in service I could never get answers to the status of my repair. Employees were very pleasant and friendly. The waiting area was nice and clean and the amenities offered were good. All was well until I got to the salesperson. I was blown away by the cost of an oil change and tire rotation ($92.00). I have driven a Chevy Tahoe for over 12 years that I take to the Chevy dealership and it has never cost that much for the same service. Oh well, I guess the charge covers the cost of the Starbucks coffee machine. More
