Glenda Frazier is absolutely amazing!! I received a free oil change for my birthday and she made sure that it was taken care of 100%. She also helped me get my tire rotation set up and had it taken care of oil change for my birthday and she made sure that it was taken care of 100%. She also helped me get my tire rotation set up and had it taken care of so I didn’t have to pay anything! She’s exactly the type of person I want to deal with when dealing with a service department. I have heard negative comments regarding the service department at this location so I was weary about having my truck serviced here. But she completely changed my outlook and I will be bringing my truck here from now on!! Get that girl a raise!! More

Honestly I had a great experience with Eric Willis. He treated me right from the start and took care of everything. Financing department was also great and easy process. Would definitely recommend anyone treated me right from the start and took care of everything. Financing department was also great and easy process. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here. If it wasn't for Eric Willis I would rate it as a 3 star due to service. The service department needs to be questioned on there quality control. My truck was in for inspection and service which all they did is inspect it and not service it. My oil was the same, my air filter was absolutely filthy and there is a load thump when you accelerate. I don't trust bringing it back into the service department. I will be going elsewhere for service. More

Took my Cherokee in because it was burning oil. Come to find out it is a known problem that nothing is being done about. I got a rental vehicle which I had to pay for because they failed to tell me when I find out it is a known problem that nothing is being done about. I got a rental vehicle which I had to pay for because they failed to tell me when I dropped my vehicle for service that the motor was an ongoing problem and since there was no claim I was responsible for the rental.
