I will never use this this dealer for service again. John is a piece of work and very much an xxxxxx to my wife and myself over the phone. I'm worried my problem wasn't addressed, but will have to wait and see. 2nd time in for same PCM issue. Still can't get a new pcm. Connector replaced instead. Had to pay my warranty deductible again even though it was the same problem. Couldn't get rental car for first several days because diagnosis took 4 days. I'm tired of living in a world where my truck might not get me to work.. after spending 35k on a truck I just want it to work reliably for a few years. More
