Our sale guy Frank is only about selling the car. Not the service after. Promised the second key. Then after we signed, said he couldn’t find it and they would order one. Now there is a key float Not the service after. Promised the second key. Then after we signed, said he couldn’t find it and they would order one. Now there is a key floating around that someone at the dealership or worse has to my girls car. Said it would take a week. After a week, no call from him, said it would be a month. Promised a fib with the shank and to fill the tank for our troubles. At the end of the month, we called again. No call from him, to find the shank is there. Would not give us a fob. Overall, Frank does a lot of talking with no real plan to provide. I can keep going on about the issues. You would think that if a person buys two vehicles in approx 15 months, they would get better treatment. Management is not worried about my girls safety either. Should have never made the deal. Won’t happen again!!!!! More
