Was looking to purchase a 2021 Ram 2500 Laramie.Worked Was looking to purchase a 2021 Ram 2500 Laramie. Worked with Nichole and special ordered the truck configuration I wanted. Nichole and dealership we Was looking to purchase a 2021 Ram 2500 Laramie. Worked with Nichole and special ordered the truck configuration I wanted. Nichole and dealership were very friendly and accommodating. After speding $80,000 on a new truck and taking delivery, I noticed that a portion of one of the packages that was ordered with the truck, was missing. I sent Nichole an email asking about it and owI could get the parts that were missing. She said she would check in to it. A week and a half later, I had not received any response and I again emailed asking about the parts. No response. I sent an email to the managing part of the dealership, explaining the situation and that I had no response from my salesperson on the issue and again, I have not received a response. Beware of this dealership! They treat you like gold until they have your money and they don't want to have anything to do with you. Extremely poor after sale customer service, at both the sales and management level. I will never do business with this dealership again and I suggest anyone else take their business elsewhere. Too bad for this dealer too. My wife was in the market for a new car and we were going to look in to getting her something from here, because of the initial good experience I had... but not now. They lost out on another new vehicle sale because of their poor customer service. More
