this review will be updated. Just bought a brand new car yesterday and we have not yet picked it up as we set it up for collection in two weeks. Pre-sale communication was great, questions answered quickly, and so we decided to buy a brand new car from this dealer. At the time of discussing finance we had a quick look at the car didn’t take it for a test drive as it’s brand new, but I noticed that one of the tires was not original tire from the production line as it was dated almost a year ago. The sales person told me that it was probably replaced but I did ask to have it replaced for a newer tire which is what it should be done and not putting a year old tire on the car that’s brand new. Also, I was told that the mileage was 40 miles however, on finance paperwork we noticed it says 413 miles, but the manager told us not to worry it could be a typo, and the full warranty would still be in place. They also misspelled my wife’s name on the paperwork which we also addressed, and we were told that the bank will fix it even though we think that it will be much better to get it at the dealership and to make sure all our papers will arrive with correct names. Anyways, I messaged the sales person yesterday and she said she will address our issues however, I have not heard back from her yet since yesterday, even though I texted her again today. right now I am not too happy, but I’m giving them time to resolve it and my review might be updated at a later stage. If the issues are not addressed, we will consider not accepting the car into weeks as it was misrepresented. More
