Less Than Impressed. Upon entering the service area for my scheduled appointment, I don't believe there was a sign to identify where the Service Manager's area was. I had Upon entering the service area for my scheduled appointment, I don't believe there was a sign to identify where the Service Manager's area was. I had to ask at the Parts Counter where it was. The Service Manager was not in the area and when he did show up he totally ignored me. I had to stand awkwardly at the counter to be waited on or greeted. I almost left, did they want my business or not? Then when I was finally acknowledged by the Service Manager, he acted like I wasn't in the system for an appointment. Other than that initial impression of apathy, the service work done was good. This dealership is no way near as nice as their Chevy/GMC dealership down the road from this one. They should learn from that one. I am not sure I will take my car back to this dealer. More
Service Oil Change, Recall I dealt with Kenny for my oil change and the recall that was to be done. Kenny went above and beyond to make me happy. I will return for future service. I was pleased that the truck seats were covered with plastic and paper floor mats were used. A very pleasant young lady scheduled the recall. More

We were able to work everything out over the phone and once I got there, they had the vehicle detailed and ready to leave the dealership. They handled all the paperwork and I was on my way back home within 45 minutes More
Recall Issues We received a recall on our 2014 Ford Explorer. My wife called them and set up an appointment to get it fixed and have our oil changed. One week later we took it to Vidalia Ford to get the recall fixed. They had it for 4 hours. They called us to come pick it up said it was ready. Well the recall work was not done they are now saying the part is on back order. Seems to me you would of known that when we set the appointment up or could of told us when we dropped the vehicle off. The main reason it was there was to fix the recall . More
I bought my Mustang convertible at Threlkeld Motors. I took it to them for service and for several small problems, nothing serious, but things I wanted to have checked before my warranty expired, and also took it to them for service and for several small problems, nothing serious, but things I wanted to have checked before my warranty expired, and also for my scheduled service. They had my car for 3 weeks. They did give me a loaner. When I went to pick my car up, they had not fixed everything I asked them to fix. This car is a piece of crap and they know it. On several different occasions over the past 2 years I have tried to trade it in on a new car. The sales people won't even call me back. This is a dealer my family has dealt with for 20 years. I will never return to Threlkeld and never recommend that anyone deal with them. More
