I have to tell you I was amazed at the level of care I received when I visited and ultimately purchased my new Fusion. My experience began when I was on the internet looking at a variety of vehicles. I filled out a form requesting information about trade ins and later that evening I received a call from Scott Chasm. I informed Scott what I was trying to do and he told me he could make it happen. I was not as certain as Scott but i agreed to talk to him and we made an appointment for the next day. Scott is a very personable guy that doesn't try to pressure into anything. He merely asked me what I was looking for and would I consider anything else to get where I wanted to be. Long story short Scott did in deed help me to get where I wanted to be and I will certainly call on Scott and Mizell Ford when and if I ever have the need for another vehicle.
