In fact, after signing the deal, they called me back the next day to tell me they got me an even better interest rate, and I needed to come back in and resign. That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Everyone was very kind and gracious starting on Wednesday when we came in and began the process backwards--seeing if we would be able to receive credit. Then if that worked o.k. Chris Landing once my husband,Gary, stated that I had said I would never get an Explorer gave me a lot of literature to read up about any questions I may have concerning the Explorer. Well Friday the shopping day came--received financing and went for drive tests. First I tried the Escape but I still felt like I was riding on the asphalt. So I went to the Explorer and once I accidentally hit the button thinking I was working on the steering column but no the gas pedals and brake pedals came up to my level and I didn't have to sit on top of the steering wheel that was what made my decision, Keep up the good work. I have never had the experience I had with Mizell Ford, with any other dealership. Everyone is very very nice, professional, but down to earth.
