I understand your frustration with not getting the vehicle you had picked out. However, we did get you the vehicle as close to the original as possible. Then, we ordered the additional factory equipment so that the vehicle would match up perfectly with the one you had desired. I believe we went above and beyond the call on this one. We depend on the other dealer to do what they promise, so that we may deliver on our promise. Sometimes other dealers dont live up to their side, and all we can do is find another vehicle. In this case we had to go farther to get one, and you DID NOT pay any additional. Also, due to your time crunch our drver left our dealership at 3:30 AM in order to get ther vehicle to you as fast as possible. Then, we had a Custom Bow made to put on the car upon delivery at no charge to you. The equipment missing from the unit has been ordered and is all Ford Parts. Not after market or discounted. After it is all said and done not only did you get Deal you where promised. The dealership did not pass any of the additional costs on to you. So, in fact we delivered everything we promised, and lost money in the transaction. I am very proud of what we did, and believe that most dealers would never lose money to deliver on a promise. The only thing I wish I could change is what we all had to do after the other dealer did not deliver. I hope that you enjoy your New Vehicle and that you get many years of good service from it.
