Great Sales team at William Mizell. Very thorough in helping me from start to finish. This is my first new car purchase and after reading reviews on the dealer I decided to drive an hour to look at thei helping me from start to finish. This is my first new car purchase and after reading reviews on the dealer I decided to drive an hour to look at their inventory. I settled on a 2013 Ford Fiesta for a fairly decent price. I had a couple of issues with the car when I bought it but Justin Parrish, Jeremy Parrish, and David Angeletti all did everything they could to ensure that the work was completed in a fast time frame and accommodated me during the experience. Amy Phillips was also a great help in teaching me how to use SYNC as I have never used it before. One of the best dealers I have been to; it is a fairly long drive for me to get there but I don't mind it because the service makes up for it! More

Great buying experience. Everyone I dealt with was great. I drove 4 hours to get here for a truck I found on line. Everything they told me on the phone was accurate. Mickey has been our salesman since we have been buying cars and we continue to love his service. He will do what it takes to help you get in the vehicle you want. Eric was the finance person and he had our paper work waiting on us when we came to pick up our car. He was a very nice guy and we enjoyed working with him. Amy was such a sweet young lady and as bad as I am with technology she was so patient in showing me how everyhting works on the car. I had a wonderful express from the beginning to end. Last year, I contacted William Mizell, as well as other Ford dealers, to purchase a year old Edge or Tarus. Another dealer found my car first, but I told the sales person when I was ready to purchase agai Ford dealers, to purchase a year old Edge or Tarus. Another dealer found my car first, but I told the sales person when I was ready to purchase again, I would contact Mizell again. Mizell continued to contact me from time to time over the next ten months and when the time came, I contacted Mizell as well as other dealers. (I'm told I am a niche buyer" and this time I was looking for specific Mustang.) Other dealers offered to look for my car, but Mizell found it first. Gavin McMillan and Jeremy Perish worked in concert to find my car and did so in about an hour. Though I purchased sight unseen, I was assured the car would be of excellent quality, though it did have more miles than I would have preferred. When it arrived it needed significant attention, and by every indication, it was brought up to the quality anticipated. Jeremy did say had I been able to give them more time, he would have been able to complete a more thorough detail; the engine compartment is really dirty. There is a scratch on the deck that Jeremy assured me he would see that it is repaired. I believe he will have a a detail man to contact me to make arrangements to have it done. All in all, this was a good experience and we are enjoying our Mustang. This is our forth Mustang convertible. I will, without hesitation, recommend William Mizell Ford and when I'm ready for a Ranger next year, I will contact them again. Bill Coen Statesboro, Georgia More
