My wife and I visited William Mizell Ford in Waynesboro, GA just looking to see what options for vehicles they may have. David listened to our needs and wants very attentively and showed us different vehicles that may be options us. The atmosphere is very relaxed and all the employees were very friendly. David worked with us, understanding what we would and would not accept. We really appreciated the manner in which we were treated with respect and not pushed into anything we did not want. The price they gave us for our trade-in was exceptional, above what we expected. David and the Sales Manager worked with us to find an acceptable price for us. We bought a Ford Edge and are very happy with the it! The customer service and friendliness shown to us by everyone was well worth the 45 minute trip!!
