Excellent purchasing experience I had an excellent purchasing experience. Mickey sold me a new Ford Explorer for a great price. He took the time to answer all my questions, showed I had an excellent purchasing experience. Mickey sold me a new Ford Explorer for a great price. He took the time to answer all my questions, showed me the many features on this SUV and made sure that I got all of the rebates that were available and I got a fair price for my trade in. Jordan made the financing quick and easy. After I made the the purchase Mickey and his assistant took the time to show me how to operate all of the features and set up our phones for hands free sync operation. We love our new SUV and Micky made sure that we were completely satisfied. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Mizell Ford and all of the folks at the dealership are very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. The service and parts departments are first rate and take very good care of our vehicles. Service work is very reasonable. I have been very impressed with all of the folks at the dealership and feel like one of the family there. More

Not Reliable They sold me a truck dodge ram they had on there lot, 3/31/2017 was when I purchased it, it had a bad radio and had to be replaced they said they will They sold me a truck dodge ram they had on there lot, 3/31/2017 was when I purchased it, it had a bad radio and had to be replaced they said they will take care of it so I took it back to them, they keep it and I got the truck 5/4/2017, over a month later. They did not give me a rental car, They did not follow up on the problem. I had to contact Chrysler myself to get my truck back, When I went to the Mizell Ford to inquire about the time it was taking the manager Garry Hanna go upset and bold with me like he wanted to fight. He said it was not his problem so he and the sales person started blaming each other. As to this day Mizell do not know I have gotten my truck back they have not contacted me. They sold me the truck and that was it no follow up what so ever. A dealership like this should be investigated for ripping consumers off. I will never buy another vehicle from them again. More

Zero bait-and-switch. Zero 'take a look at the higher model'. Zero 'take a look at the 2017 instead'. Straight-forward pricing. Helpful during the sale. Stayed after hours to get the sale approved and finished. I'd gladly send my family and friends to this dealer. More
