Amazing experience I came in after having a horrible experience at another Ford dealer, and only came to William Mizell due to the recommendation of a few of my co-worke I came in after having a horrible experience at another Ford dealer, and only came to William Mizell due to the recommendation of a few of my co-workers, who actually called William Mizell to let them know I was coming. I mostly dealt with Sammy Anderson and had a little bit of interaction with Ken Thomas. When I arrived it was like they rolled out the red carpet for me, Sammy was waiting for me when I got there and had already started looking at all the available Focus' similar to what he was told I wanted. Within a few minutes Sammy and Ken had found the car I wanted and arranged for delivery of the car the next week. They were very forth right and honest about the price (actually matching the trade in value I was offered by another dealer and under cut the price by about $1000), kept me up-to-date with where the car was (had to be delivered from another dealer) and treated me with the upmost amount of respect. The experience I had at Mizell Ford saved my first new car buying experience and made it into a positive memory for me. As long as Mr. Mizell hires employees who are as amazing as Sammy and Ken are I am only going to be buying from Mizell Ford! More

Maybe the best truck buying experience I have ever had Found truck online and contacted them also online. Immediately received a video from Al Alvarado to get me started with all the information I wanted. Found truck online and contacted them also online. Everyone there aknoledged us and said hello. I really enjoyed the process of buying this vehicle. I never write reviews but this experience was so good I felt I should. Confident and Satisfied After two years, I returned my 2016 Ford Focus for a 2018 version of the same model. While walking into the dealership, I was greeted by the always affable Ken Thomas. For this transfer of cars, Al Avarado was the person who worked with me. He is extremely pleasant and personable. Since Mr. Alvarado is a professional, he allows for the entire process to be understandable and therefore comfortable. Returned truck to Dealer on Monday 1/15/2018, dealer gave a rental and kept truck until 1/24/2018 (9 days) Drove truck for 5 days , then dropped it off at Trucks and Moore on 1/29/18 for lift kit. On the way to Trucks and Moore, I turned AC on for the first time (because we had been having very cold weather) and the AC did not work. Made loud noises and did not cool. Picked up truck from Trucks and Moore on 2/2/2018 (Friday afternoon) Drove truck to work until 2/5/2018 Wednesday and took to Dealership to see about getting it fixed. They said it would be next week before they could look at it. I scheduled and dropped off the truck Sunday night the 11th. I called Wednesday (14th) to check on the truck and they had yet to look at it, I talked to David, service rep, and he said they had several people out sick. (no phone calls to me, always me to them) I called back on Thursday(15th) on my way out of town from the Augusta Airport and was informed that the Truck needed a new AC compressor and that I would have to pay for this. Contacted the Sales Manager from the airport and described situation and he said he would look into it and get back with me. On Tuesday (1/20/2015) I again called to see what was going to happen and the service rep forwarded me to the sales manager who said that he had not gotten an answer from the owner about the issue since Friday the 15th. I asked to speak to the owner and was informed he was not present. Also that if I wanted the truck I had to pay 1222.68 to get it back today. 1) 10-way pwr heated/cooled driver & passenger seats w/pwr lumbar (cooling does not work) 2) Automatic front air conditioning More
