I was nervous about just doing another deal on a vehicle but they made me feel at ease and everything went so smoothly. When it looked like the price was too high for me to afford in my budget, they gave me time to myself to do some figuring so I could find a way to make the deal work. The service department also took care of a paint problem promptly and they did a great job. I now have a beautiful 2018 Ford F-150 XLT in a magnum red color, thanks to a great experience at Mizell Ford. Every time they call I ask to be removed from the calling list, I purchased a car here 4.5 years ago. The phone calls started a month after purchase. Every time they call I ask to be removed from the calling list, but they never stop. Received 2 calls yesterday on my private cell phone in the middle of work. I tried blocking the number but it doesn't work because the call center spoofs the caller ID. I've contacted several managers who say they resolved it but the calls keep coming. A lawsuit is next.
