At first they seem really helpful as most salesman would be. However if someone says they are the assistant I would not recommend you talk to them. She will tell you one thing and give you certain expectati be. However if someone says they are the assistant I would not recommend you talk to them. She will tell you one thing and give you certain expectations of a price that isn’t accurate. Make sure you read everything throughly no matter how long they make you wait. I had a trade in that I couldn’t find the title for. They said I would need to order a duplicate which was fine, then said it could be handled at the dealership, and of course came back to the original statement I needed to order myself. I requested rubber floor mats which they had to order and I could pick up in a few days, which turn into weeks now. Called me and told me they were ready and I would be there later that day. Surprise, when I arrived they were locked up in maintenance shop and couldn’t get them. Wasted trip. Salesman said he would meet the following day, or course no call. They put on a show of professionalism until you sign the paperwork. You can call it buyers remorse, but only the dealership. Love the truck, but do your research before you go to them. First time buying a new truck with a payment, it’s been a terrible experience More

I must say that I really felt like customers comes first at William Mizell Ford from the receptionist who took my temperature, the sales associates, the manager, and the finance young man. I can’t say enough about Al, he was great, he made my wait worth waiting for. Al is so good at what he does. Brandi did such a great job with introducing me to my new SUV. Hats off to the entire staff at William Mizell Ford, I love my Ford Explorer Limited. good until after the purchase My wife and I purchased a 2020 Ford Ranger from William Mizell Ford, through sales rep. Sammy Anderson. He was great through the whole process and the My wife and I purchased a 2020 Ford Ranger from William Mizell Ford, through sales rep. Sammy Anderson. He was great through the whole process and the purchase went smoothly. It was afterwards that caused me to give him and the dealership an average rating. The vehicle needed to be registered and tilted in South Carolina (outside of Georgia). Both, Sammy and the financial manager stated Willam Mizell would take care of it, as they do this all the time. We paid a $85 fee for this. After waiting two months, we only received a confirmation on the title receipt. Upon contacting the dealership, I was informed that they don't register the car out of state in South Carolina, and I would be responsible for this action. In addition, Sammy was suppose to mail items from our old vehicle and never did, after stating he would twice. We also never received our copies of the signed paperwork either. Bottom line, if you're buying out of state, be hesitant with the promises they make. More

And our salesman made getting our paperwork done fairly easy. We financed our vehicle here which made getting the paperwork done more difficult. Kyle Stanford was professional and patient which made it easier for us. Brandi Farmer was great in helping us with the car interior system electronics. She was a great help in her instructions. She made it very easy to understand and answered all of our questions. David the finance officer had all the paperwork in place which made the money process so much easier. Everyone was very helpful and nice and also treated us with respect. And, that meant so much to us. The owner Mr. Mizell treated us like we old friends and made us feel more than welcome. He has built a fantastic dealership with wonderful employees. All dealerships should model theirs after his. More
