You could tell right away they enjoyed cars and enjoyed finding the right fit for their customers. Where this dealership really stood out was their post-sale assistance. After about 5 months of owning the vehicle, I incurred some mechanical issues. Paul did not stop until he found the right person to assist me and that I was still happy with my experience. I purchased a beautiful 2007 Nissan Frontier with an extended warranty from Paul Sevag Motors in Nov 2010. They did an excellent job detailing the truck and everything looked immaculate. The price of the truck was somewhat higher to the comparables in the area and it is true that they do not budge very much from their posted price. However, after looking at 10 different Frontiers, this truck was by far the nicest and best kept. Phil, the salesman, was able to get my wife and I an extremely low interest rate from the credit union they use. He also recommend an excellent insurance company which we have switched both our cars and house to. This saves us almost $500 a year. I have purchased 3 Vehicles from this dealer and I have never had a problem with any of them. He sells low mileage clean cars for a fair price. You can't "deal" with him very much. The last time I traded a car in with him, a month later I got a check in the mail from him because he said he got more for my trade-in than he thought he would. I never heard of that before! More
