Our Truck has some recalls and tie tailgate latches finally got replaced. The first time we had it in for that our parts were used on someone else’s truck. We purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 XLT truck last week from your dealership. Justin talked with us first to determine our needs. Then he showed us several trucks that met those requirements. Another truck that matched was delivered while we were talking with him. He brought it up so we could look at it and then took our deposit to keep it for us while the dealership prepped it. Once the inspection work was done, we came back, test drove the truck and purchased it. He answered all our questions and concerns and we received a good deal on the truck. Justin let us know the truck had been designated CPO once the mechanics inspected it, which extended the warranties which gave us additional peace of mind. I will recommend Justin to anyone who expresses interest in a truck. He is the best! Lisa handled all the paperwork, she was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Nice work by the whole Ford team.
