Working with Norman Bailey(salesman), was an absolutely wonderful experience. He truly made us feel comfortable in trying to get to the bottom figure as to what we were willing to pay and what he was willing to give. Please, please ask for this man, you will not be sorry. He will do ALL he can to help you get your vehicle and his sense of humor will never let you forget him or the great deal that you get. As senior citizens we have had our share of car salesmen and car dealerships over the years but HONESTLY this is by far the best encounter we have ever had. The end result is that we did leave the dealership VERY HAPPY with a new 2010 Honda Odyssey EX-L and one week later we still feel the EXACT SAME WAY! More
