Service manager is knowledgeable and will explain my choices. I am knowledgeable about my vehicle but sometimes I need more information. Even the mechanic explained my options. I did use another dealer choices. I am knowledgeable about my vehicle but sometimes I need more information. Even the mechanic explained my options. I did use another dealer but after years of service they let me down. I got 2nd opinion from Paul Moak and they were able to satisfy my problem. It’s farther for me to drive but I will support them since they are very helpful for my problems. My Honda is older and I’m trying to keep it maintained properly so I will continue to visit Paul Moak. More
