Most consumers dread the " car buying " stigma , but I have to say that Mike dispelled those concerns. If we wanted, we could of had the car the next day, but do to my traveling we had to wait until that Saturday to pick it up. Everything was ready when we got there .....we went over the car, signed the paper work and were on our way, again well within an hour. I have no problem recommending Mike and your dealership to my friends and colleagues and as a mater of fact already have given his card to three individuals. My salesperson (Mike Scalfani) was quite responsive to questions and concerns. Both he and the other people I dealt with were friendly, courteous and responsive. Price negotiations can frequently be a game of who lies best but in the case of this dealership That was not the case. I am quite pleased with the treatment I received and would buy another car from this dealership and sales person. More
