I initially interacted with Mike B, and he was incredibly straightforward and friendly. I got a good price through the internet, and ended up paying less than invoice for a car they brought in from another straightforward and friendly. I got a good price through the internet, and ended up paying less than invoice for a car they brought in from another dealer. However, we negotiated a price that was NOT the one used to calculate the lease payments ($200 more)! The lease calculations were not transparent, and Jesse was not happy when I asked to see the price and compare it to the invoice. Also, he tried to get me to sign a lease with a date 6 days prior, and was very frustrated when asked to change it, and Mike had to come over and reassure me that that was fair and restore the pleasant atmosphere. (If this were my first visit and not my final visit, I would have taken my business elsewhere based on the unprofessionalism and attitude.) However, I give him and the dealership the benefit of the doubt because he is new and the finance manager was out that day. I would highly recommend working with Mike B. More
I was shopping around for a new lease. I liked the helpfullness and the support of the staff. 2008 VW Jetta SE/ Salisbury Red, 20K miles. Auto/ 6 speed. Found the car & dealership online @ eBay & Craigs List. Read reviews on the dealership & felt pretty comfortable about doing business with the speed. Found the car & dealership online @ eBay & Craigs List. Placed a call & reached agreement on a price with Jesse based on the Pics/Mileage & features I wanted etc. Drove down from Albany, NY region to get the car. Pretty seamless process but I did feel a tad rushed. Brief look over the car & it seemed well detailed with some scuffs/scratches/dings here and there. Some that Jesse pointed out, some I showed to him. Drove the car home & discovered the next morning that the front bumper was off its track & pretty badly scuffed/scraped in several spots, including cracked chrome. I called Jesse & he got the okay from the sales manager for me to return the car for full refund if I wasnt satisfied. Not doing that but annoyed I have to pay to get the bumper looking right since it is more than cosmetic. Good warrantee, base till June, 2012, then certified 2/24 after that. Good thing, because the car has had three issues in my 5 days of ownership. 1) drivers side visor/mirror light doesnt work (it is not the light). Whole unit needs replacing. 2) Passenger side reverse/parking light went out within the first (2) days. 3) The power door locks dont work correctly. Took it to a local dealer today, they replaced (2) door latches, and the locks still arent functioning correctly. My point here is simple. The dealership should have seen the bumper issue & taken care of it BEFORE the sale of this car. Also, do a better/ more thorough job with the certified inspection. Alot of stuff, I know. Overall, I would recommend this dealership for price, professionalism, cleanliness etc to friends/family but suggest they look over and inspect the used inventory more closely in the future. More

I purchased a new VW Jetta. The experience was top-drawer is all respects. The saleperson communicated with me first by email because I demanded it. My salesperson, Kevin McCrea delivered on everything he promised - color combination, delivery date, etc. A very good experience all-around. More
