I was looking for VW dealerships that were able to offer the 2012 GTI, two-door manual transmission in the base package. I normally am on the defensive with car salesmen, but Bill allowed me to feel as though he would be able to do his job without putting me at a disadvantage. I normally feel that these two concepts are mutually exclusive, so this was a relief. Everyone at the delearship was extremely helpful and professional, and they made me feel that I was not being led astray by buying through them. Now, I have my GTI, I love the car and I truly feel supported and know that they wont dissappear if I have a question. I will absolutely recommend Bernardsville, VW to anyone in the market for a VW.
