Much Needed quick transaction I was in a bit of a bind since my previous VW GTI was totaled and desperately wanted a pre-owned Golf R of the same generation to replace it. I found one at the Manhattan VW location but at the last minute they said it needed additional repairs due to a recall and couldn't release it to me. I had been renting a car for a month by this time and desperately needed a car. Then I found a perfect match at Paul Miller. With the help of the staff I was able to purchase my car and drive home with it the same day. I was actually rushing them because I'm a doctor and needed to see patients later that day. I couldn't have been happier with their service, the worked hard to get me out on time. More

My first new car! I can not express enough how amazing my experience at Paul Miller Volkswagen of Bernardsville was. My father Bruce and I came in on Friday the 28th of August both looking for new Volkswagens. Phil Drogon was the sales consultant who we were BLESSED to receive. He worked with my father and I on every single aspect and answered every question that we had with honesty and integrity. He was able to find the EXACT car that I wanted (and mind you I am a very picky individual) and not only did he find the car of my dreams, but he worked with us in such an amazing manor that my dad was unsure about buying another Volkswagen but Phil was able to show my dad the pros and cons of their cars versus other brands and we were SOLD! We both ended up leaving with new cars (me a Jetta, and him a Tiguan) WE ARE SO THRILLED and happy with our new purchases. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE! The Best Dealership First, I would like to extend my deepest apology to Jeff Brandon and Darrel Bernards for misjudging them in my previous review dated June 22, 2015 in First, I would like to extend my deepest apology to Jeff Brandon and Darrel Bernards for misjudging them in my previous review dated June 22, 2015 in regards with purchasing a 2009 Dodge Journey from Paul Miller Volkswagen in Bernardsville, NJ. The vehicle was problematic right from the beginning. However, Darrel and Jeff were very courteous to take the vehicle back even though I purchased the vehicle under “AS IS” condition and waived all types of warranties that I was offered. When I took the car back to the dealership to install the license plates about a week after purchasing it, the vehicle died right in the parking lot and did not start. Even though, the dealership had no obligation to repair the vehicle at no cost, both gentlemen came outside and called the technicians to start the vehicle. They tried and worked diligently to fix the car. But, their attempt was unsuccessful and the car did not turn on. Then, they offered a great deal on a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta to credit me the cost of the Dodge toward the cost of the Jetta. Since it was almost at the end of the business day, we did not complete the transaction. I left the car at the dealership and Jeff drove me home in his personal vehicle. The next day, I went back to the dealership, completed the transaction and drove my new Jetta home. I am hoping that Mr. Miller reads this review to realize that Jeff and Darrell are among of his best and most dedicated sales associates and managers.
