Unbelievable service, had a noise in the right front of my truck and it was getting louder and louder. I pulled into Caldwell Toyota and met with there Service Manger Matt McConnell. He told me that he wou my truck and it was getting louder and louder. I pulled into Caldwell Toyota and met with there Service Manger Matt McConnell. He told me that he would look at it right away, he introduce me to Ernie Dix and Thurman Roberts. Thurman took down my information and I proceeded to describe my issue. They told me that it would take a couple of hours and that I can wait in the waiting room. Ernie asked if I wanted a cup of coffee were he proceeded to pour me a cup. After an hour Thurman came into the waiting room and told me that a bushing was worn out and needed to be replaced. He said that it would take about another hour to replace. After 1.5 hours my truck was ready and I was on my way. Thank you Caldwell Toyota for helping me out. More

After being more or less pushed around at other dealers the last week or so I found myself at Caldwell Toyota. Immediately I felt way more comfortable then I had at other dealers. The salesmen was very respectful and did not make me feel pressure to have to buy that moment. Once it came time to talk money I felt just as relaxed. We really worked together to get down the price I was looking for. It was clear that they were trying to help me out. After some light negotiation I got to walk away with a new car.
