Great Service, open and forthcoming. I just bought a car at this dealership, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the kind of service I received. The sales person, Danny, was tireless I just bought a car at this dealership, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the kind of service I received. The sales person, Danny, was tireless in trying to show all the cars I had any remote interest on, even if it was not going to lead to a sale. He was very patient and concise. The Sales manager, James(if I am not wrong..), was also very straightforward and respectful. While he tried to accommodate any request I may have had, he was very detailed and took interest on my informational demands. Lastly, the finance manager, Michael, was again quite pleasant, helpful, and straightforward. I strongly recommend this team. I do not know about other people at this dealership, as I may have lucked out. I can speak only about this really good team. Even if you end up not buying a vehicle, one would be nicely surprised to deal with them. More

Excellent We went to the dealership a week ago just to look around at another Camry or a Corolla. We spoke with Nick, who was extremely helpful. (our 3rd from this dealership) Nick was thoroughly professional, not a bit pushy, but rather wanting us to get what we would be happy with. We go back to this dealership because their service department is terrific. Our whole experience in leasing the new car was totally enjoyable. Our thanks to Nick and Michael, who helped us complete the deal with the financing. We will no doubt return to this dealership in 3 years when we need another car. More
Hapless staff, poor management This dealership is terrible at handling things. Anton, the salesman we dealt with has very little follow through. I had to get very nasty with him in order to get satisfaction and I don't like that, but when my husband called and was patient and nice - we were forgotten. The manager, Joe told us he was looking into a refund we were due and then quit working there with no follow up. I think that because we bought a used car that wasn't super-expensive they didn't care about us at all. We drove a long way to purchase a particular vehicle we had seen online. We put down a deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle. When we arrived they had prepared the wrong car. When they found the right one it had several blemishes that had not been disclosed. They agreed to a meager reduction in the price. At the desk to complete the deal they would not take our down payment by personal check (which was not disclosed prior to our arrival) they also wouldn't take more than $2500 on a credit card. Very inflexible. We were told to just finance the full amount, which I did not want to do. They charged us $350 to handle the registration (outrageous) and swore to us that we were not allowed to handle the registration ourselves. They use a third party company that charges additional fees. Which we paid. They assured us that we would get some money back. We drove off with a 20 day temporary plate. It expired long before the real plates arrived despite several phone calls on our part to several employees at Paul Miller Toyota, and when the plates finally were sent they told us they were coming overnight, but they sent them two-day (probably to save $10). In the end we paid almost 2x what it would cost at the DMV for supposed expediting service that took so long I was driving around illegally for like a week, not that anyone at the dealership cared. They just kept saying they would take care of any tickets and we wouldn't get any points on our licenses, but why should I have to worry about that at all? We still have not received the refund from the registration, six weeks later. We called today and were told (after 2 phone calls and 30 minutes) the check was sent out,after being cut on the 1st (over a week ago). I had to get nasty again before anything got taken care of. I feel lied to and forgotten. The only apology I received was solicited by me saying "you owe me an apology". I really want the whole $350 back for my trouble. Never ever do a deal with these people, they mishandled everything on ours and can't deal with their mistakes without getting defensive. TERRIBLE customer service, the receptionist can't even route calls to the right place. Today I called for Anton and got the service department! PS- below there is a form that lists the names of the employees so I can check off who I dealt with, none of the people I spoke to are listed. More

I usually do not get upset when buying cars as I know it can be a challenging process however this recent event bothered me so I wanted post my feedback. I went to visit this dealership as I used to know previous owners. I was looking at various vehicles, took a test drive and wanted to get some ballpark numbers. The sales rep was nice but seemed confused when trying to provide numbers. He kept having to go to a finance contact and each time he came back the numbers went up. I had advised the sales rep to contact me when they have some numbers to give me. I was confused by this tactic of raising the pricing and when the finance contact came out I explained my confusion. I asked what the final number was as I was quoted three different numbers. I was advised the highest number was the final offer. I was very interested in the vehicle and very sad that the dealership was not agreeable to work with me. More

They do not try to "pad" a bill simply because I am a single woman who doesn't know a lot about cars. I was very impressed the one night close to closing I called because my car wouldn't start (I was out shopping), and the gentleman remained on the phone with me for almost an hour to make sure I was safe and that the problem was solved. He said "I know exactly who you are and I would want someone to take care of my daughter this way!" More
