They are much better than my last Toyota dealership. But this time, I was going in my rental to an appointment with a client, and told them I needed the materials in my car on the lift. They didn’t ge But this time, I was going in my rental to an appointment with a client, and told them I needed the materials in my car on the lift. They didn’t get it down in time and I had to cancel the clients appt - and loose the money. They made it right on the end the next day - discounted the service. But it was nerve-wracking. They also had to order a part at the last minute and couldn’t get it for several hours after they gave me a time I could leave. Very disappointing. More
