Customer friendly I decided to drive out to this site instead of the dealer closer to me in Edison because on the phone, they were friendly and receptive. When I arriv I decided to drive out to this site instead of the dealer closer to me in Edison because on the phone, they were friendly and receptive. When I arrived on site, easy drive to pull up to the service area. Everyone by the service area was warm and open. I also liked the glass window to the work area that I was able to see them do the work. They were great and I would visit this dealership again. Only advice is google maps gives the wrong number for the Porsche dealership so I recommended getting the correct address from the dealer themselves. The gps took me about 4 miles away from the dealer. Other than, that it was a pleasant experience and looking forward to the next 20,000 mileage service. More

I shopped around comparing three different Porsche Dealers in the area, yet when it came to price and being treated like they actually cared about you, it was clear the best place to purchase my new car was from Paul Miller. John, Raj, and Paul treated my husband and I great answered our questions and made absolutely sure all our concerns were addressed prior to departing their dealership, when we came back and purchased now a week after our purchase the above sales staff are more accommodating than any other dealership we have ever purchased a vehicle from. Word of advice to individuals shopping at Town and/or Jack Daniels Porsche, been there done that don't waste your time like I did go to Paul Miller Porsche. This is our fist car that was purchased at Paul Miller and given the professionalism of their staff this will not be our last. More

Terrible service and incompence. I just bought 2015 BMW yesterday at the Paul Miller Porsche dealer. We drove 3 hours from MA to check out the car and possibly buy it. The car was f I just bought 2015 BMW yesterday at the Paul Miller Porsche dealer. We drove 3 hours from MA to check out the car and possibly buy it. The car was fine so we bought it by wiring cash directly because Anthony the finance manager told us if we wire the money we will have the title right away. We wired the money as he asked. He then made us wait because he could not "verify" the transaction, which he said he would be able to see it right away if we wired the money. We waited another four hours just to get a copy of the title because he could not verify it and seeing our receipt from the bank wasn't good enough. He promised to ship the title overnight it and we will have it by 10am in order for us to register our car today. It is 12:30pm and no title. Now they blame FedEx for mishandling it. When I called him about my displeasure and possibly suing him for the compensation he said: "You gonna sue me for clerical error? Doesn't that sound funny to you? Think about it" I told him how he broke every promises he made to us and for us to not being able to use our car for next five days is not funny and they should think about compensating us." His response: "Go ahead and sue me." Not once was he apologetic. Great service? We couldn't even get a decent service even if we brought our own money to buy a car. More

Excellent Customer Service and Follow-up I received a call from Angelo Testa within a couple hours of putting an inquiry on their website for a new Panamera. I could have come in that day to I received a call from Angelo Testa within a couple hours of putting an inquiry on their website for a new Panamera. I could have come in that day to pick it up, that's how quick we worked together, but ended up picking it up the following day. While I was waiting for the insurance, etc., to go through, Angelo toured me around the how room, and he soon showed how much of an expert he is on all things Porsche, from his first car, to the evolution of the 911 and how they hold their value so well. I left the dealership wondering if I choose the wrong car (panamera vs. 911), but I bet I will be back in Q1 '17 for the 911! Great dealership. More
