Great service! Went in for a minor noise, just to have it checked. Mechanic rode with me to identify and confirm. He thought all was normal but said he would check to be sure. On the lift, he found a broken bracket which was fixed along with a small antifreeze leak. Both turned out to be big jobs but they provided a nice Macan loaner. Everything fixed under warranty; no hassle for me at all. Great people to deal with! More

The car was staged just outside the service write up entrance and it looked spectacular. In fact the detailing performed on my Black Cayenne made look like a new car. The detailing was flawless with no swirl marks. It looked like you couldn’t see the bottom of it’s blackness. A word of praise to Porsche Engineering. I was told the software repair for my Diesel would cause me to loose 1 mpg in th city and none on the highway, with no loss of performance. My experience after one week, at present is as projected. My daily commute is 52 miles one way from home to the office. Acceleration is unchanged and deceptively fast. Highway mileage is at Cruise Controlled 78 mph is 29.9 mpg. City mileage in stop and go traffic is 20.3 mpg. I am very happy and relieved that my car’s performance is still Porsche quality. Thank you Paul Miller and Porsche. James H. Coleman More
