Service on Ford Escape As always Rebecca was very welcoming and recognized me as soon as I walked in the door. However, I was expecting a $30.00 or so on an oil change not As always Rebecca was very welcoming and recognized me as soon as I walked in the door. However, I was expecting a $30.00 or so on an oil change not $245.00. I should have told them no, but i didn't. So not their fault. But that does not reflect the service I got. Its always exceptional service. Paul Miller Ford does an exceptional job in choosing their staff. Every one is friendly when you walk in the door. It also feels good to have the same person helping you every time you go into the service department. Rebecca you ROCK! Don't leave!!! More

Oil change I normally do all my own oil changes. I recieved a coupon in my email for a oil change. I decided since it was 8 degrees outside, I would just let the I normally do all my own oil changes.
