They have a great refurbished waiting area with Wi-Fi, and free bagels in the morning. They also have a great coffee machine that has espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and all sorts of teas. The service on my car was fast and the price was fair. I will be going there for all the services that my car needs. More
I recently took my 2006 Honda Pilot in to Paul Miller Honda for some much needed service. My wife drives the Pilot it has 115,000 miles and we both love it. I new the Pilot needed struts, oil change, rea Honda for some much needed service. My wife drives the Pilot it has 115,000 miles and we both love it. I new the Pilot needed struts, oil change, rear def. fluid change, brake fluid flush and power steering fluid change. When setting up my appointment I had asked for a "courtesy car" while the repairs were completed on my Pilot. The following evening I meet Scott Gordon, he was polite and knowledgable, he took my vehicle info and got me into my courtesy car quickly (2013 Pilot ver nice)! The speedy process was very appreciated. Scott contacted me the next day to let me know that front link stabilizer was cracked and needed to be addressed. I wasn't to surprised, and glad the mechanic did a thorough inspection. Due to the holiday it took an extra to get the parts to complete the fix. Which did bother my wife, because she had the courtesy car to drive. Scott notified me when repair were complete. I wife was happy see that her Pilot had been freshly washed prior to her arrival. We will use their service again. More

This dealership is arrogant is dishonest. I had my car in for a 12k mile service. Everything was supposedly checked out and the car was given back to me. A mere 4k miles later, the car needed a full brake jo for a 12k mile service. Everything was supposedly checked out and the car was given back to me. A mere 4k miles later, the car needed a full brake job. Really? So much changed in 4k miles? Well I found out that the waranty on the brakes expired at 12k miles, so if they had diagnosed the problem at the initial service appointment, it would have been a free fix. Instead they made me "split" the cost with them, so I was out $400. When I complained, I was told that I could get reimbursed on the $400 due to a legal settlement that Honda made in the courts for their poor brake quality. I spent time filling out all the papers to apply for the settlement and was then rejected; told that based on my VIN and manufacture date, I didn't qualify. Really? The dealer didn't know that my VIN and date didn't qualify? Did they just tell me to apply to shut me up? When I wrote a letter of complaint to the manager, he basically told me "tough luck buddy." The amazing thing is, I have bought, leased and serviced several cars from this dealer over the years, and they knew I was enraged by the situation, yet refused to do anything about it. They were willing to lose a loyal customer for $400, I can only imagine how they would treat other customers. I would NEVER do business with this dealership again. It has really changed in the past few years, and the Paul Miller Group, because it sells so many higher end car brands, really has an amazingly arrogant culture. There are so many other good dealerships out there, do yourself a favor and AVOID PAUL MILLER DEALERSHIPS AT ALL COSTS!! Try Garden State Honda on Rte 3 in Clifton, much nicer and more honest. More

I purchased my first certied Honda approximately 3 years ago from Paul Miller and it was Lou Gentile's superior customer service that helped my husband and I decide to make the purchase. Over the past 3 ye ago from Paul Miller and it was Lou Gentile's superior customer service that helped my husband and I decide to make the purchase. Over the past 3 years, Lou continues to stop by the customer waiting area when I am having my car serviced, to see how I and the car are doing. Anthony Lopez continues to follow up with me about my service visits. The customer service at Paul Miller Honda is exceptional and we have never experienced such service at any other dealership. More

This place is TERRIBLE. Like other reviews have said, I went in for a simple service on my vehicle & the service girl tried to talk me into spending WAY more money on things that did NOT need to be done. This place is truly a SCAM - the employees are only looking to make their own commission check bigger. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!! More
During a recent visit for a routine oil change I was advised that the car needed about $2,700 in repairs. The car has about 26,000 miles and the repairs indicated included 4 new tires, control arm and advised that the car needed about $2,700 in repairs. The car has about 26,000 miles and the repairs indicated included 4 new tires, control arm and sway bar bushings, broken transmission mounts, brakes, a drive belt and cabin filter. The car was service some 2,000 miles before and the other Honda dealer did not indicate any of these problems. The car is in excellent condition. Another Honda dealer and an independent garage indicated that thses repairs were not needed. During their inspection it was found that this dealer had disconnected and never reconnected a breather hose from the air clearer to the top of the engine. I believe this dealer is padding repair estimates to generate work that is not needed. The dealership was also slow in responding to my complaint. There was not sense of urgency displayed. More
