Crooks Took my car in for a timing belt. I was told my car needed $2500.00 worth of work. When I received the car I realized the head cover gaskets were ne Took my car in for a timing belt. I was told my car needed $2500.00 worth of work. When I received the car I realized the head cover gaskets were never done and I was charge $500.00. They agreed the work was never done and reimbursed me and said they would do the work. I should have checked that the rest of the work was done but figured it must have been overlooked and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now 2 years later I took my car to a different Honda for a recall of airbags and they informed me I needed Gaskets which supposedly were done 2 years ago and right front axle. Since I don't trust dealerships anymore, I took my car to a local mechanic who was recommended to me and I trust. He informed me that not only were the gaskets weren't done 2 years ago, but also the timing belt was never replaced. DO NOT USE PAUL MILLER HONDA THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL TELL YOU YOUR CAR NEEDS WORK WHEN IT DOESN'T AND ON TOP OF IT WILL NOT DO THE WORK AND CHARGE YOU A FORTUNE. $2000 Later and I am getting the work done at my local mechanic. More
Scammed out of Warranty I take my car in via tow truck after it breaks down on rt 80. Cylinder #2 was misfiring. They are trying to weasel out of my Warranty and claim "an outside shop put new spark plugs in and this voids your warranty". I've never taken this car for new spark plugs and they don't install themselves. The service manager avoided my calls and was very aggressive and dismissive over the phone. To add to that this "dealership's" technicians smoked cigarettes in my car sometime during the repair. I've called corporate and have a case but hopefully they're not one-star liars like this dealership. More

Thought I bought a Bentley I bought a pre-owned 2009 Honda Odyssey from this dealer on 4th of July of 2012 from Lou Gentile which it was an excellent experience.......never had I bought a pre-owned 2009 Honda Odyssey from this dealer on 4th of July of 2012 from Lou Gentile which it was an excellent experience.......never had a mechanical problem till now...brought in the vehicle and I was greet it by the porter which he was very courteous and professional then I walked in not over a second later I was greet it right away by everyone and dealt with my service advisor Steve Getic and advised him that my vehicle was making a loud noise when starting vehicle in the morning and also I was advised that my right passenger side axle seal was slightly leaking....my wife was very happy that he provided us with a 2015 loaner but what really caught my attention was that Steve Getic kept us informed for the time they had our vehicle.....never had to call in for updates he was always was ahead of us.....and also it was an experience to speak to the service manager Kirk Quinones ......thank u gentleman for an outstanding service.keep up the good work......Steve u are our service advisor for now on ???? Worst Servicing EVER!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Literally the worst place ever to get your car serviced! I had a recall on my driver side airbag and they If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Literally the worst place ever to get your car serviced! I had a recall on my driver side airbag and they left me a voice message about it. I called them back to schedule an appointment only to be told by Jesse (female employee) that my car did not have an airbag recall. 2 months later I get a notice in the mail from Honda say my car had an airbag recall! So basically I was previously told I did not have a recall, but apparently I did. If something had happened to me within those 2 months this would have been a HUGE lawsuit against Honda. Since I needed to get this service done I called them again and schedule an appointment. When I came in for my appointment I was told my appointment did not exist! I asked to speak to a manager and he wasn't even in the office. On top of that the employee would not give me his phone number! The fact that this place had 2 separate employees that clearly don't know what they're doing says something about the training at this place. All in all this place has THE WORST customer service and awful in employees that clearly know nothing. You're better off buy a Mercedes at the dealership next door! More

A friend recommended I bring the car to Paul Miller Honda, so I called up the dealer and spoke to Rick Meyers. Although it was already late in the day (after 5pm) Rick said to bring the car in and he would have it checked out the next morning. I was hoping to get a loaner car but again, it was very last minute and I'm pretty reasonable. When I brought the car in to the service dept Scotty put me in the system and we made some small talk about this seemingly common problem with my type of engine. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Long story short, the problem was fixed the next day at no cost to me. The problem was fixed under warranty. I know about cars and do my research on things, so I know why my service was covered and what exactly was done and why. It would've been excellent if I had gotten atleast a small explanation from the attendant that wrote me up as to why my check engine light came on and my car started to act the way it did. Instead of simply telling me what work was done. But all in all, again, very friendly staff. Happy they were able to fit me in and get the work done practically the same day at no cost! I will recommend Paul Miller to all my friends. Thanks guys! More
Went in with leak into fuse box. Got a call that they can’t find it. Luckily it was raining outside; otherwise personnel wouldn’t know how to use a hose or carwash. First price to determine what was wrong quickly changed to triple just to find what is wrong which tripled again once they found the issue. Service personnel – Scott - told me that the insulation was missing which was negligence on somebody who repaired my car after front collision. Oddly cause I never had a front of my car repaired. So I contacted the Honda corp. that performed an investigation and final cause that they quickly determined was a structural damage. I requested repair on Thursday around 6pm and called on Friday to request replaced parts to be put in the trunk. Since Scott was not there on Friday, I talked to Heather. I knew the repair will take place on Saturday due to parts delivery. Once the repair was done, the parts were not put in the trunk and she denied that she ever talked to me. It seems that a person needs to record all conversations with them or they will deny it. Very displeased. After driving my car, I noticed the wiring is not completely setup correctly, my turn signal when locking car doesn’t blink, car locks itself and I had a new windshield wipers that magically aged while in dealership. Not sure what else will turn out to be wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership and will stay away from it, as well as never buying Honda vehicle ever again. More

Took my complaint to American Honda and they informed me the dealer said they did nothing wrong. So basically I am being called a liar when I witnessed the parts and fluids that needed to be replaced. The dealer wants to offer me a $150 credit to their service department at their dealership. Are you kidding me! Why would I ever trust my car to them when they could not do the job right the first time. I informed them to take their offer and...... The manager posted an apology on Edmunds and said he wold contact me to discuss, that was on 2/21/14, have not heard from him yet. Already contacted the BBB and exploring other avenues to expose their pathetic practice. More

Without a doubt, I would recommend this dealership. We leased our car from them and have been thrilled with the service from day one. I was in an accident and had my car serviced by a collision shop that leased our car from them and have been thrilled with the service from day one. To my dismay, the car was not repaired correctly by the original collision shop.We took the car to the Honda dealer to review and inspect the repairs and they found that the car was dangerous to drive. Scott Gordon coordinated with our insurance company and within a week the car was repaired. It was a pleasure to work with Scott and this dealership. Do not hesitate to purchase, lease, or service your car from them. You will be thrilled with the outcome. More
