When we first entered the dealership of Paul Miller Honda of West Caldwell we were greeted by one of the salesmen, namely Melvin Duran. Being two senior citizens and having asked the questions over and over again Melvin was patient and understanding with us and there was never a minute of feeling pressured in anyway in making our decision. He made sure that our choices were what we wanted and he wanted the best for us in making us happy and rest assured he did just that. He is honest and trustworthy and was a blessing to us. Approximately 1 month ago on a Saturday I walked into Paul Miller Honda in search of a used car. The first salesperson I saw as I walked through the door and the first person who greeted me was Jose Vela Paul Miller Honda in search of a used car. Let me say that was a blessing, Jose was a pleasure to work with he is very courteous, knowledgeable, patient and most of all not a "pushy" salesperson. After showing me the first car he said that he has a car that recentlty came in and would be perfect, he was right. I started the paperwork and today I'm driving my Grey Honda Accord and I'm very happy with it. Jose Velasquez our salesman is very friendly and very accomodating. He tries to make your experience a pleasant one. He is very thorough and thoughful. The only problem we had was on the trade in that was offered us . We used Kellys Blue Book and the Dealer uses Edmunds and there is a wide difference on the trade in value between the two companies. Of course Jose's boss who gives the trade in value used Edmunds however he was mistaken in that he quoted a price that was an error based on fair condition trade in value by about $200 so you have to do your homework to make sure you get the actual trade in value according to their (Paul Miller Honda Dealer)source which is Edmunds.com. That was the only disappointment since Kellys Blue Book's rates the trade in value in Fair condition at $1,800 so there is a difference of over $1,000 but then they won't use Edmunds anyway. More
