I saw a pre-owned car for sale at Paul Miller Honda which I saw a pre-owned car for sale at Paul Miller Honda which is about 45 minutes from where I live. I decided to go check it out. When I got there I met I saw a pre-owned car for sale at Paul Miller Honda which is about 45 minutes from where I live. I decided to go check it out. When I got there I met Frank Racanti. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted to buy (even though it was a Chevrolet)!! There was no pressure to buy it or to sway me to buy a Honda. Frank is very friendly and a jokester..as am I. I would definately drive another 45 minutes to Paul Miller Honda to see Frank when I am looking for another car. More
This dealership is arrogant is dishonest. I had my car in for a 12k mile service. Everything was supposedly checked out and the car was given back to me. A mere 4k miles later, the car needed a full brake jo for a 12k mile service. Everything was supposedly checked out and the car was given back to me. A mere 4k miles later, the car needed a full brake job. Really? So much changed in 4k miles? Well I found out that the waranty on the brakes expired at 12k miles, so if they had diagnosed the problem at the initial service appointment, it would have been a free fix. Instead they made me "split" the cost with them, so I was out $400. When I complained, I was told that I could get reimbursed on the $400 due to a legal settlement that Honda made in the courts for their poor brake quality. I spent time filling out all the papers to apply for the settlement and was then rejected; told that based on my VIN and manufacture date, I didn't qualify. Really? The dealer didn't know that my VIN and date didn't qualify? Did they just tell me to apply to shut me up? When I wrote a letter of complaint to the manager, he basically told me "tough luck buddy." The amazing thing is, I have bought, leased and serviced several cars from this dealer over the years, and they knew I was enraged by the situation, yet refused to do anything about it. They were willing to lose a loyal customer for $400, I can only imagine how they would treat other customers. I would NEVER do business with this dealership again. It has really changed in the past few years, and the Paul Miller Group, because it sells so many higher end car brands, really has an amazingly arrogant culture. There are so many other good dealerships out there, do yourself a favor and AVOID PAUL MILLER DEALERSHIPS AT ALL COSTS!! Try Garden State Honda on Rte 3 in Clifton, much nicer and more honest. More

Mr. Kleter was a great representitive of the dealership. No pressure, but allowed the car to sell itself. He understood our price point, it's importance to us and worked with us to make it possible. He walked us through the process of the purchase and whipped up an awesome cup of green tea cappucino that my wife still raves about. When we picked up the car he offered to help set up our phones with the integrated bluetooth and saw us off. A very personable man who made our experience excellent. We are completely satisfied with Mr. Kleter and the Paul Miller family. My wife loves her new "Mommy-mobile" and is looking forward to bringing home our first child in it in the next couple weeks. I can rest comfortably knowing she is driving a safe and reliable vehicle fully supported by the Paul Miller Family. Thank you for a great overall experience. More
