I have been interested in the Honda Accord Coupe for quite some time. I have visited Joyce Honda twice, and both times I have been over whelmingly dissatisfied, that I came to the conclusion that I woul quite some time. After some thought and reminiscing about the Accord, I decided to try Paul Miller Honda, in hopes that I can finally have my dream car. I was skeptical when I walked into PM Honda, but was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Lou. His friendly demeanor and warm presence made my car shopping experience unprecedented. His informative presentation about the car WOW-ed me, but his no pressure aura made the decision making process easy and stress free. Lou's patience was truly unforgettable, as he was kind enough to deal with both my indecisiveness and entourage of opinions I brought with me! (Fathers can be a tough crowd)! His diligence and willingness to collaborate to find me a comfortable price was remarkable. Lou is definitely an extraordinary find in the world of car salesmen! When approaching the conclusion of my PM Honda experience, I was yet again pleasantly surprised when I sat down to close the deal with the finance manager, Isabel. She was both efficient and informative, adding tremendously to my quality experience at PM Honda. She did not add pressure, but rather guided me to make the best finance decisions that were suitable for me. She took the time to elaborate on my questions (both general finance and Honda relevant), and really made a lasting impression on my overall PM Honda experience. I've been a loyal VW customer for years, simply because I appreciate good customer service. Well, I am pleased to report that today I was able to walk away from PM Honda with both keys to a new 2013 Accord Coupe, and a lasting impression of GREAT service, a luxury that is too often forgotten. I most certainly look forward to working with Lou and Isabel again in the future! More

Our total experience exceeded all expectations. I visited once with my young sons to get a feel for the place. Mario was helpfull, informative, friendly - but in no way pushy or even over zealous. When I said I wasn't ready to test drive he simply gave me his card and asked me to call him when I was. The other dealership I had visited that day ( I won't name them here) would not let me leave the dealership without speaking to a manager, taking down all of my information, etc. So over the top pushy that I would never go back there. Walking into Paul Miller Honda was a completely didfferent experience. When I returned a few days later Mario remembered us, took us for a test drive and we started the process that day. Mario, and Daniel - the finance guru, worked thier magic and got me a good deal even with my slightly dented credit rating! My partner and I have been going to Kim for several years now. Through him, we have leased or purchased a total of 4 cars. Kim is a wonderful employee of PMH. Every time we have ever worked with Kim, he has treated us with the utmost respect as customers and just as people. In his interactions, he is humorous, straightforward, and down-to-earth. These are all qualities which I feel are extremely important for a salesperson (and, really, anyone) to have. In addition, his attention to detail and dedication to what he does is quite evident - he knows the cars that he sells inside and out and never hesitates to ensure that the customer understands everything that is important about the vehicle! Perhaps most importantly, Kim is just a very good person. Buying/leasing a car can be a tough process and Kim acts more like a consultant than someone just trying to pressure you to buy a particular vehicle. His approach to sales and interpersonal skills are phenomenal. I couldn't imagine buying a car from anyone else. :) More

The best thing I liked about him was his straightforwardness in all aspects of the deal ( car price, history, appearance). The facts were not tweaked like other dealerships. For e.g. before test drive itself, Kim showed me a sheet containing carfax accident history of all cars I choose which helped me to narrow down my options. In few dealers I visited, I came to know of the same after I had test driven the car. They don't constantly bug you on phone or emails. I am still getting emails from other even though I have stated that I have already bought a car. Also, there are no hidden charges and not much bragging about the price. More
