After reading the reviews and doing our research, I had high hopes, I'd be coming home with a new (used) car on Thursday, June 17th, 2021. We had seen the 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L posted and called to inqu high hopes, I'd be coming home with a new (used) car on Thursday, June 17th, 2021. We had seen the 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L posted and called to inquire. Robert (online sales) informed us the car was available and would be ready to test drive at noon on the 17th. I drove an hour and a half each way only to be told upon arrival that they took the van into the shop to paint the scratches. This was after I had called to confirm a 12:00pm arrival with Robert. I was told I could see the car, but would not be able to drive it. This was a complete waste of time and a huge disappointment for me, not to mention a lost sale for Paul Miller. I will not do business with them again. More
A great over the phone experience that quickly turned into an extremely disappointing one. I was quoted not once, but 3 times a total out the door price on a preowned vehicle. Put a deposit on the vehicle and explicitly asked for the final price on vehicle with ALL fees included. I also stated that I would be coming from quite a ways for the vehicle. After leaving deposit, I was called back and told that the manager does not want to do the deal because they "forgot" a fee. I do not even think I have to say any more to get the point across that this is not how you do customers. If your folks didn't quote the right deal, unless it is egregiously off, then you stick by the deal. Total waste of time and I will be escalating as far up the chain as humanly possible. More

Consistently non-responsive - despite multiple voicemails and emails to the general manager (Aspinall), sales managers (Alacron, Cintron), sales (Hinton) and staff (Feliciano) - NO ONE HAS RETURNED A CALL. This is a dealership that simply does not care once they have your $40,000! Short-sighted, not a good way to conduct business. The words THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS never once escaped anyone's lips. I deeply regret buying my car at this dealership - the lack of responsiveness is sadly consistent and apparently a top down way of doing business at Paul Miller Honda. When you walk into the showroom, it is full of posters reminding staff how important their customers are - I was impressed with that. But the ugly secret is out; no one at Paul Miller Honda shows any awareness of this basic business principle! If I was the general manager, I'd be pretty embarrassed knowing my staff treated clients in such a condescending manner. More
