Rude so called manager named Flavia, I call it as I see it ! went to the dealership on black Friday and bought a car which the manager Flavia was insisting that I had to take the car out the door by Monday, well went to the dealership on black Friday and bought a car which the manager Flavia was insisting that I had to take the car out the door by Monday, well I wasn't in a hurry and said it can be anytime next week but she insisted that it had to be that Monday. She said they will call me Monday well that call never came and when I called at 2 PM on that Monday I was told that they don't have the car and not sure when they can get it, I waited the whole day for nothing. They knew I was not a happy camper at this point so I ended up talking to the general manager who was very helpful and had the car on Wednesday, well that is what I said on black Friday. It didn't matter to me. Well the best is when I went to pick up the car at about 5PM on Wednesday Flavia could just about say hello and I think that was to much for her. Love the car 2016 Honda touring, the car sells itself and you don't even need any fluff I would recommend this car 100% my salesman Newton Cintron was great but he had to do what the manager said and I will not put any blame on him. After I go for my first service I will update, this is my first Honda, I have bought many new cars so this is not my first go around with car dealers but this was the most interesting one. And finally yes I would recommend this dealership because I will not base everyone on 1 persons inability to do the best job they can do. More

I had a recall on my driver side airbag and they left me a voice message about it. I called them back to schedule an appointment only to be told by Jesse (female employee) that my car did not have an airbag recall. 2 months later I get a notice in the mail from Honda say my car had an airbag recall! So basically I was previously told I did not have a recall, but apparently I did. If something had happened to me within those 2 months this would have been a HUGE lawsuit against Honda. Since I needed to get this service done I called them again and schedule an appointment. When I came in for my appointment I was told my appointment did not exist! I asked to speak to a manager and he wasn't even in the office. On top of that the employee would not give me his phone number! The fact that this place had 2 separate employees that clearly don't know what they're doing says something about the training at this place. All in all this place has THE WORST customer service and awful in employees that clearly know nothing. You're better off buy a Mercedes at the dealership next door! More

It was pure luck (divine intervention) that our first Honda-CRV was purchased with sales consultant, Lou Gentile. This is a man who knows how to sell well, calmly, attentively and with an attuned ear to what the customer really wants in a car.. Period. The sales process with Lou, from our very first lease/purchase many years ago to our most recent lease renewal (another Honda-CRV) a couple of weeks ago is always smooth, easy and relatively painless. Now of course, it helps that we love Honda automobiles (that the engineering of the vehicle is the priority, that we never have to worry about repairs, safety, etc.), but it's the effortless process with Lou Gentile that keeps us coming back time and again. What's more, my husband and I and our family had moved to California after the lease of our 2011 Honda CRV. It had been almost five years since Lou had laid eyes on us. Yet, the moment we walked into the dealership in West Caldwell, Lou recognized us and remembered our whole story. My husband and I walked in with our 2011 Honda CRV and within the same day (with a nice lunch break back home in Montclair halfway through the process) walked out with a brand spanking new leased 2015 Honda CRV. Another huge sales success (added to his many!!) for Lou Gentile. More
Rude and arrogance at its best !! If you wanna feel disrespected and ridiculed just because you are planning to buy a new car, please visit this place. Reasons of me writing a bad revi If you wanna feel disrespected and ridiculed just because you are planning to buy a new car, please visit this place. Reasons of me writing a bad review: 1- The sales person did not have adequate knowledge of the features of the car, was in a rush to sell it, did not even offer a test drive (we had to ask for one), to which he goes "OK", was engrossed in his phone all the time and last but not the least was awesome at disrespecting us by saying that "you guys all go to the same school, you wan't the car for free?" when I asked about the numbers on a sheet of paper that they wanted me to pay. 2- The sales manager (at least that's what she introduced herself to me as) "FLAVIA" was like a boss when it came to throwing unnecessary attitude and sarcastic comments to our questions. She said , the car we are buying is good and she has the same kind to which I wen't "But, you may have got it for a better price" to which she replied "No, I get it for free" 3- Thank god , I just walked away and not purchased a car from this dealership. 4- if you ever think being, modest, down to earth, sweet, courteous exists , well lemme tell you the opposite of it also does and that too in abundance at Paul Miller Honda :) More

After much negotiating the sales person came back with a number, had me initial that I would walk away with the car for the given price. Went and showed his manager and then came back and said they couldn't give me the price that they had me initial. The salesmen said "This is how they find out if people are serious about buying." Seriously? I would not have gone back three times if I were not serious. In my humble opinion, this is no way to do business. I felt undermined and lied to. Please save your time and go else where, Honda dealers are a dime a dozen, and I'm sure there is better customer service else where. More

The other dealers were reluctant to give me a true out the door price even after multiple requests. I've done my research on the true market value and all fees involved so when Ralph Pagano emailed me a price quote, I setup an appointment to visit the dealership 3 days later. I visited the dealership with my wife and 2 kids in July of 2015. Shortly upon arrival we were greeted by Lou Gentile. He made the entire buying experience stress and pressure free. It is no wonder he has several sales awards hanging behind his desk. My wife and I test drove an Odyssey EX-L and Lou explained all the features including technological ones like bluetooth smart phone connectivity. We (kids included) were very pleased with the ride and features of the Odyssey. Lou checked the inventory and had an EX-L in our desired color so we made a deal and purchased the vehicle the same day. This was the best car buying experience I ever had and would highly recommend Paul Miller Honda and especially recommend Lou Gentile. Two weeks after purchase in August 2015 we drove our new Odyssey to Disney World and back. Six months earlier, we rented a 2015 Sienna and did the same drive. We were initially on the fence choosing between the Odyssey and the Sienna but after driving both I can say that the Odyssey handles much better and gets noticeably better gas mileage. The Sienna feels bulkier and sways a bit while switch lanes when the cargo area is fully packed. The Odyssey's suspension feels much tighter and cruising at 75-80 down i95 in a 70 speed zone feels effortless. In rainy conditions I felt much more confident with the Odyssey's handling and a little uneasy with the Sienna. More
THE MOST LIARS THAT I HAVE COME ACROSS I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE. PAUL MILLER HONDA, DEMONSTRATED THAT THEY WILL GO TO ANY LENGTH, TO MAKE THE SALE. FROM THE FINANCE MANAG I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE. PAUL MILLER HONDA, DEMONSTRATED THAT THEY WILL GO TO ANY LENGTH, TO MAKE THE SALE. FROM THE FINANCE MANAGER, TO THE SALES MANAGER, AND FINALLY THE SALESMAN. EXAMPLE, I ASKED THE SALESMAN, IF VETERANS GOT THE $500 DEDUCTION FROM THE FINAL PRICE. HE FLAT OUT TOLD ME, NO IT DIDN'T EXIST, WHICH WAS A BOLD FACE LIE. I WENT TO THE HONDA WEBSITE, AND PULLED IT UP. LIE NUMBER 1. NOW I ADVISED THEM THAT I HAD MY OWN FINANCING, BUT THEY INSISTED I TRY HONDA FOR A BETTER RATE. BUT THEY WOULDN'T TELL ME THE RATE OVER THE PHONE, WHICH REALLY MAKES NO SENSE. BUT THE MAIN REASON THIS DEALERSHIP DISGUST ME, IS THAT THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE SERVICE MEMBER. I DIDN'T WANT ANY SPECIAL TREATMENT, BUT DON'T TREAT ME LIKE AN IDIOT. I WILL MAKE AS MUCH NOISE FOR THEM AS I CAN, NEXT THE BBB. A WORD OF ADVICE, STAY CLEAR OF PAUL MILLER HONDA. More
