Sales guy for you I was in a very bad situation where I got into a car that was bad on all ends. I went to so many different dealers to try and get into another vehicle I was in a very bad situation where I got into a car that was bad on all ends. I went to so many different dealers to try and get into another vehicle and I had no luck. It was the worst feeling ever. I walked into paul Miller and the first person greeting me was David Garcia. He treated me so great and did not stop working with me until we found the car that was best for me. Overall Great Experience Overall great car buying experience. From the online sales rep, Jennifer, to our salesman, Peter Jarvis. While other dealers were trying to tempt us Overall great car buying experience. From the online sales rep, Jennifer, to our salesman, Peter Jarvis. While other dealers were trying to tempt us with "great prices" 2016 CR Vs, Paul Miller's online price for a 2017 model blew them out of the water. We really appreciated not having to deal with a hard sales pitch from Peter. He's a very laid back and honest person that made a feel at ease and made the process easy. We did have to wait 9 days to actually take ownership of the CR V, which really isn't a complaint about the dealership itself. We didn't want white, which I believe was the only color they had left on the lot, but they were able to find us a pearl blue CR V already on the way but the delivery took longer than originally quoted and we had to pay for extra days on a rental vehicle. We did have an issue with 2, out of 4, tire valves that were missing their caps. We only noticed due to a huge snowstorm after we bought the CR V. Because the 2 remaining caps were VERY loose, we assume that the other 2 fell off while the CR V was in motion. More
