Airbag recall...they had me in and out in 45 minutes! Mulligan Motors in Nutley recommended that I go to Paul Miller Honda (over more local Honda dealers whose names I will not mention) for the airbag rec Mulligan Motors in Nutley recommended that I go to Paul Miller Honda (over more local Honda dealers whose names I will not mention) for the airbag recall as that was an issue they could not handle (I had purchased a pre-owned 2012 Accord from Mulligan a little over a year ago and he handles my other service work). Paul Miller Honda not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. Mulligan thought the service appointment would be somewhere between 60 and 90 minutes. Paul Miller Honda had the job done in just 45 minutes! Their service waiting area provided a pleasurable waiting experience (complimentary coffee and bagels), free internet access with an available desktop computer to use (I am a cave man who did not have a smart phone or laptop with me like most other customers there had). Also, the service tech that I dealt with initially was highly knowledgeable (I believe her name was Morgan Guido based on the business cards she had in front of her area of the service counter). She was able to answer any and all questions that I had. If I am ever in the market for a new Honda or if I ever have an issue with my current one that the more local Mulligan Motors cannot handle for me, I will definitely go to Paul Miller Honda again in the future. My credit score is a mess, no joke, I was honest from the beginning that Im 100% sure Ill be denied with financing even if my mom will co sign my lease. Jose asked me what my credit score is from 1-10 and I legit told him 0. Lol. He moved mountains so I can get approved and with the help of Isabel Acevedo, I was able to drive off a bnew honda civic hatchback for a very reasonable price!!! I greatly recommend them without a doubt!! ALWAYS ask for Jose and you wont regret it!! More
