Loyal customer no more Leased a 2016 Honda CRV with features and I my Lease is ending in April 2019. My goal was to transition into a smaller economy style 2019 HRV. I was Leased a 2016 Honda CRV with features and I my Lease is ending in April 2019. My goal was to transition into a smaller economy style 2019 HRV. I was trying to lower my car payment because I no longer have my original job that paid $350.00 for car expenses. So, naturally with a 700+ credit score down grading to a HRV w/ no features included All wheel drive. I wanted to lower my payment to $250.00. I was told NO and they offered me $350.00 plus a car payment plus $1000 down. Why would I pay that for a HRV?? I wasn’t asked the right questions, my Sales person Ken assumed I wasn’t capable of putting more money down nor did he ask me if I wanted to see a used vehicle that would work with my budget. The manager I forgot his name basically started in on prices that was annoying not once did he ask me the right questions. I’m very disappointed I was offered deals via emails phone calls for being a valued loyal customer. I basically walked out. I’m sorry but I would of put more money down for the down payment!!! No one asked. Or led me to believe that they cared. They both through out words and verbiage that they assumed would make me think I should pay $350 for HRV lease. Now I have to go to another dealer. Thank you Paul Miller for this experience, I’m grateful that I didn’t fall for it. More

oil change, trans flush and tire rotation with service dept James was my concierge. Welcomed me right away an the service technnician took my keys on my arrive. I was in and out in 1/2 hour time. Feeling Taken for Granted SUV purchased is a lemon. Since day one vehicle has no heat, won't start if parked on a hill, already have had to jump start vehicle 3 times, gas need SUV purchased is a lemon. Since day one vehicle has no heat, won't start if parked on a hill, already have had to jump start vehicle 3 times, gas needle stays between E and half full, even with full tank and finance manager is not strait forward. Read before signing anything here. They will include coverages in your contract and make it seem as it's part of the sale and monthly payment. In reality these should be told and sold to customer as options and let you decide if you want to pay the extra $3000 from your pocket. More
